Terms of Service

Last updated:
The short version: MedsFound helps you find out which pharmacy near you has a medication in stock. It does not sell medication, give medical advice, or stand in for your doctor or pharmacist. By using MedsFound you agree to the terms on this page.

1. Who we are

MedsFound is a service operated by SimplifiiSolutions Limited. In these terms, "we", "us" and "MedsFound" mean SimplifiiSolutions Limited, and "you" means anyone who uses the app, the pharmacy portal or this website.

2. Accepting these terms

By downloading the app, creating an account, or using the pharmacy portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use MedsFound.

3. What MedsFound is

MedsFound is a tool that connects patients looking for a medication with pharmacies near them that may have it in stock. We help you find and reach a pharmacy. We are not a pharmacy, we do not sell or supply medication, and we are not part of the transaction between you and the pharmacy.

4. MedsFound is not medical advice

Nothing in MedsFound is medical advice. We do not recommend medications, diagnose conditions, or replace a consultation with a qualified professional. Always follow the guidance of your doctor or pharmacist, and keep following any prescription or dosage instructions they give you. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

5. Stock and availability

When a pharmacy responds to say it has a medication, that information comes from the pharmacy, not from us. Stock can change quickly. We do not guarantee that a medication will still be available when you arrive, that the information is accurate, or that any pharmacy will respond to a request. We recommend confirming important details directly with the pharmacy.

6. Prescriptions stay between you and the pharmacy

MedsFound only helps you locate a medication. Anything to do with a prescription, including whether one is required and how it is dispensed, is handled directly between you and the pharmacy under the normal rules that apply to them. We are not involved in that process.

7. Using MedsFound responsibly

You agree to use MedsFound only for its intended purpose and to provide accurate information. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with how it works, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it to do anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove access for anyone who misuses the service.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission.

9. Terms for pharmacies

If you use MedsFound as a pharmacy, you confirm that you are authorised to operate as a pharmacy in your area and to respond to requests. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including stock responses, and for serving patients in line with the laws and professional standards that apply to you. Pharmacies also accept the MedsFound Partner Terms when they sign up, along with any separate written agreement with their pharmacy group. These apply alongside these terms, and where there is a conflict, the Partner Terms or that signed agreement take priority.

10. Our content

The MedsFound name, app, portal, website and their design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service as intended, but you may not copy, resell or reuse our content without our permission.

11. Availability of the service

We work hard to keep MedsFound running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may update, pause or withdraw features, and we may carry out maintenance, without notice where that is reasonable.

12. Limitation of liability

MedsFound is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from relying on stock information, from a pharmacy's actions or inaction, from a medication being unavailable, or from your inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will do our best to tell you clearly. Continuing to use MedsFound after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
